Refund policy

If you are unsatisfied and would like to return your hair for a refund or a different product, you have up to 5 days after receiving the product to send it back. THE HAIR MUST BE IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND STILL TIED TOGETHER. You will be able to receive a refund minus the shipping charges.

If you received the wrong product or are missing any products please contact our customer service within 24-hours after receiving the merchandise. 

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start an return, you can contact us at malanirosehairstudio@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
